Alberta's Pizza is a Pittsburgh-based pizzeria dedicated to authentic Napoli-style pizza made using traditional handmade methods, including fresh mozzarella and hand-mixed dough. Founded by Beau Mitall, who refined his craft through diverse experiences from New York to South Africa, the venue honors his late mother and embodies a deep personal and artisanal connection to pizza. Starting as a pop-up and food truck, Alberta's has now established a permanent location offering a unique, globally inspired small plates menu alongside a full wine and cocktail selection.
